The JP 3008 all-aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1987 – 2006 Jeep Wrangler YJs & TJs with a Chevrolet/GMC V8 with LS1 Vent Tube engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 17.875 inches from header to header, 19.5 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 1.25-inch inlet and a 1.5-inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak-free.
