Ordering & Shipping
Orders can be placed online or by calling 800-421-5975 or 323-826-0965. We do not stock all types of radiators. Standard lead time for radiators that are not in stock is 4 weeks to ship. This assumes that we have all materials necessary to complete the order.
Orders can be canceled within 2 business days from order placement. We can not cancel orders that have already shipped. If you order has shipped, you will be subject to our return policy.
You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that US Radiator shall n ot be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
From time to time there may be information on coolcraft.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Returns & Replacements
All returns must be authorized by U.S. Radiator customer service. To receive authorization, please contact customer service at 800-421-5975 or 323-826-0965. You must supply us with an order number, a part number that is being returned, and a reason for return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Radiator returns will incur an additional 25% restocking fee. [See below for more information on radiator returns.]
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF:
* Any unused item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
NEW RADIATOR RETURNS:
We will accept any radiator returned freight prepaid.
In order to issue any credit, we must have the invoice number on which the radiator was sold.
Full credit less restocking charge (or refund if proof of payment and purchase is presented) will be issued for any radiators returned in completely saleable condition.
Full credit (or refund if proof of payment and purchase is presented) will be issued for any radiator returned with any factory defect. This includes leaks or configurations, workmanship or material. Leaking radiators must be returned within 1 year of purchase.
Full credit for the prepaid freight will be issued for radiators returned with factory defects.
Full credit, less a repair charge for returning the radiator to the saleable condition will be issued for any radiator returned in damaged condition.
Custom radiators are NON-RETURNABLE. This includes POLISHED radiators. Custom orders will not begin production until a drawing is provided and approved by the customer. Once the customer approves the drawing the radiator is built to drawing and cannot be returned. This includes special orders with polishing.
US Radiator warrants its radiators to be free from defects in material plus workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Buyer's remedy for breach of warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at US Radiator's factory, of the radiator within one year from the date of sale to end-use consumer, provided the radiator is returned with transportation prepaid to Cool Craft for examination to determine defectiveness. This warranty does not cover any labor charges for replacement of parts, adjustments, repairs or any other work done outside of the US Radiator factory. This warranty does not apply to any radiator which had been repaired or altered.
Buyer agrees that US Radiator's warranty of its products, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of all other warranties, either empress or implied, whether arising from law, course of dealing, usage of trade, or otherwise. There are no warranties, including warranty of merchantability of fitness for purpose, which extend beyond the description herein.
Buyer agrees that in no event US Radiator be liable for cost of processing, lost profits, injury to goodwill, or any other consequential or incidental damages of any kind resulting from the order or use of its product, whether arising from breach of warranty, nonconformity or ordered specifications, delay in delivery, or any loss sustained by the buyer or his customer. Any agreement by US Radiator to assume a responsibility over and above this statement in a particular instance does not alter the scope of this statement on other sales.
INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT, AND REPAIR:
Since we cannot confirm the application or the installation, it is the buyer's responsibility if the radiator we have shipped is satisfactory for the application and is properly installed. Under no circumstances will US Radiator make or secure installations, replacement, or repairs, or be responsible for the cost thereof, or for any damages caused as the result of installation or repair.
