The JP 3004 all aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1997 – 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJs with a variety of engine configurations and 1987 – 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJs with a variety of engine configurations. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 19.75 inches from header to header, 22 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 1.5-inch inlet and a 1.75-inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak-free.
