For more than a century, U.S. Radiator has stood for cooling innovation, American craftsmanship, and dependable performance. Originally founded as U.S. Radiator & Boiler Co. in the early 1900s in West Newton, PA, the company produced residential radiators, boilers, and furnaces until closing in the 1950s.

In 1963, U.S. Radiator was reborn in Los Angeles with a new focus on automotive cooling systems. Just two years later, we introduced the now-legendary Desert Cooler® radiator—tested in the harsh conditions of the Mojave Desert and Death Valley and quickly embraced by performance enthusiasts worldwide.

After a facility fire in the late 1990s, U.S. Radiator reopened in Vernon, CA in the early 2000s, continuing to manufacture high-quality copper/brass heat transfer products for builders, racers, and travelers across the globe.

In 2019, U.S. Radiator joined forces with Brice Thomas Radiator and C, G, & J Inc., relocating to Rainbow City, AL. A year later, we expanded again with a new 38,000 sq. ft. facility dedicated to copper/brass radiator and core manufacturing.

Today, with more than 100 years of cooling expertise behind us, U.S. Radiator remains the trusted choice for high-performance heat exchangers—from daily drivers to the most demanding environments around the world.
